  18. Get 1 Tsp Chilli oil
  19. Prepare 1 Tbs Canola oil

The classic recipe consists of silken tofu, ground pork or beef, fermented broad beans and soybeans (doubanjiang), fermented black beans (douchi), and Sichuan peppercorn, to name a few main ingredients. Add water (or broth), soy sauce and scallions. Transfer to bowl and let cool, then grind in spice grinder to fine powder. In a bowl, combine cornflour with a splash of water, mix to combine, then add remaining Sauce ingredients and mix well.
