And I cook it all day in the crock pot. Classic traditional chili is one of my very favorite recipes to make. It is a dump and go kind of chili and uses only one pot to make. It is so simple and has SO much flavor.

Instructions to make Easy Chilli:
  1. Chop onion and saute in a little bit of olive oil over medium high heat.
  2. Break up ground beef and add to pot. Use a spoon to break it up while it cooks. Cook until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes…
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, rotel, seasonings, corn and raise to high heat.
  4. Once you bring it to a boil, reduce to medium heat and cover for 50 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Optional: top with shredded cheddar cheese. I serve it with either white rice or blue corn tortilla chips.
