Add banana blossom followed by finely powdered spices in group 1. Finally add shredded potatoes. Mix well with a scoop  and add salt if needed.Stir for a few more minutes and take out from fire.
  3. When the contents are cool, make balls after confirming that every thing is mixed well and finely blended.Press each ball once,dip in egg-white,cover with oats and deep fry.The yummy,crispy cutlet is ready
