  1. Take 250 gm Papaya
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup Milk
  3. Prepare 4-5 Bay leaves
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  5. Prepare 3-4 Vadi (bori- these are nuggets made of ground lentil and dried)
  6. Get 5-6 tsp Oil
  7. Get as per taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  9. Take 2 tsp Mustard seed and poppy seeds
Steps to make Papaya Shukto:
  1. Cut into small pieces and boil it with salt and pinch of turmic power
  2. Take a pan add oil, fry the boris.put in a plate
  3. Add fengreek seeds.when it crackle remove it from the oil.
  4. Then add bay leaves and add mustard and poppy seeds paste after 5 minutes add boil papaya,salt.mix it well
  5. Now add milk and cover it for 15 minute.
  6. Remove it and grnishing with frying bori serve it with rice.
