Instructions to make Sweet Potato Porridge (with Vegetables):
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-sized cubes, wash thoroughly, place in a pot, cover with water and place on fire.
  2. As it's cooking, prepare other ingredients; dice the onions, blend the peppers, thinly slice the vegetables and set aside.
  3. When the potato is a bit softened, add the onions, crayfish, pepper, palm oil, stock cube, cover and leave to cook for 10 minutes or till the potatoes are soft.
  4. Add the vegetables, mix thoroughly and bring down from the fire. The heat will continue to cook the vegetables.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

Peel and cut purple sweet potatoes, slice red dates. Combine rolled oats, plant milk, mashed banana, agave syrup, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. When the sweet potato is cooked, remove the water and add back into the pot. Mash until there are no chunks left. Add in the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
