Crispy vada is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Crispy vada is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have crispy vada using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Crispy vada:
  1. Take 1 cup samak rice
  2. Get 3 boiled potatoes
  3. Get 3 Curry leaves
  4. Make ready 2 green chillies
  5. Make ready as per taste Rock salt
  6. Prepare as required Coriander
Instructions to make Crispy vada:
  1. Firstly Cooked samak rice with double of water(means 1 cup rice and 2 cup water) and jeera and salt
  2. Take that cooked and cool rice or leftover rice.. add boiled grated potatoes… Add finely chopped chillies, kaddi ptta and coriander.. add lil bit of salt(as we also add salt in rice)
  3. Mash properly with hands… Make tikkis… Flatten them and make hole in btw with finger..
  4. Fry them.. 2 by 2😝… On low flame… Enjoy with peanut m coriander chutney 😊
