The ingredients needed to make Jaggery Halwa:
  1. Make ready flour 1/2 cup
  2. Get Semolina
  3. Prepare Jaggery
  4. Get Milk
  5. Prepare Ghee
  6. Get Cashew nuts

  8. Take Almonds
Instructions to make Jaggery Halwa:
  1. Finely chop the dry fruits and keep it aside.
  2. On one hand boil the milk into the vessel meanwhile
  3. On the other hand take a kadai and heat it for 2 minutes.
  4. Add gram flour and dry roast it for 2 minutes
  5. Add semolina into it and again dry roast it altogether for 2 more minutes.
  6. Once it becomes aromatic add ghee to it.
  7. No again roast it for another 5mimutes until it changes its color.
  8. Add boiling milk to it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Cook it until it seperates oil from it.
  10. Now add jaggery powder and mix it well.
  11. Turn off the gas and serve it into the plate by garnishing it with some dry fruits.
  12. Note- adding dry fruits is completely optional
