The ingredients needed to make Potato tuks:
  1. Take 15 baby potatoes
  2. Make ready 1/2 tsp Salt (add for boiling)
  3. Get 2 cups Water
  4. Make ready As required Oil (for frying)
  5. Get To taste salt
  6. Get 1 tsp dry mango powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp ground spices powder

Instructions to make Potato tuks:
  1. Take potatoes & wash it then par boil it. (Half cook)
  2. Lightly press the potatoes.
  3. Heat oil and fry all potatoes in low flame & put it on plate…. then once again fry it in high flame for crispiness.
  4. Take all spices & mix it well. Add spices mixture in potatoes. Slightly toss it.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala and Serve it with tea or coffee….
