  1. Get buttermilk
  2. Take salt
  3. Make ready black pepper
  4. Prepare paprika

  1. Mix buttermilk and spices and pour in a ziplock bag. Add fish, shake to coat and leave in fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Chop potatoes into wedges and wash in cold water. Put in saucepan, cover in cold water with a pinch of salt and turn heat up to as high as it will go. Preheat oven to 180C.
  3. Once the water has reached boiling, leave to boil for a further 2 mins then drain and place on a baking tray. Add salt, pepper, oregano and oil. Mix together and put in oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Add flour to one dish, egg to another and breadcrumbs in a third. Mix salt, pepper and oregano in the breadcrumb mix. Add fish to flour then egg then breadcrumb and place on a baking tray.
