Hey everyone, it’s me, Dave, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, aloo bari pulao. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Aloo Bari Pulao is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Aloo Bari Pulao is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have aloo bari pulao using 5 ingredients and 13 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Aloo Bari Pulao:
  1. Take long grain basmati rice, washed, soaked in water for 1 hour,
  2. Get amritsari bari, 2 aloo cut into med sized pcs,
  3. Prepare mustard oil, 2 med sized onion sliced, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ginger paste,
  4. Take haldi powder, 1 tbsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste,
  5. Prepare garam masala powder, 1 tbsp desi ghee,
Steps to make Aloo Bari Pulao:
  1. Take lil oil in a pan, fry Bari & aloo till light brown, keep aside.
  2. Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
  3. Add onion, stir fry it till light brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
  5. Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, again add lil water, mix it well, cook it till oil has oozed out.
  6. Add salt, give a stir. Now add bari & aloo, stir it for a while.
  7. Now add strained rice, stir fry it until rice grains are separated.
  8. Add desi ghee, give a stir.
  9. Add water accordingly (almost 3 cup), place the lid, give 1 whistle.
  10. Lower the flame now, cook it for 5-10 minutes.
  11. Switch off the flame now, allow it to depressurise.
  12. Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  13. Have it with raita, chutney, papad, salad, achar & desi ghee.
