  3. Add all spices & curd.mix well,fry masala at medium flame till oil seprates & comes on surface.
  4. Add kofta in masala,tilt the pot sideways to mix kofta in masala not use spoon.add 2 cup water & let them cook at medium flame till kofta are tender.
  5. When kofta are tender & water is reduced,adjust curry to your taste.we like bhuna bhuna kofta masala.if you need more salan you can add water & give 1-2 boil.lastly add hard boiled peeled eggs in kofta curry(optional)
  6. Chicken kofta curry is ready. Enjoy with naan.
