  2. Take a bowl and add ¼ cup warm water. And add 1 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp nibhu ka saat and mix well.
  3. Take one cup besan.
  4. Add Haldi powder & salt and mix well.
  5. Add Sugar & nibhu saat water mix well. Again Add ¼ cup warm water. Again 2 tbsp water.
  6. Add 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
  7. Add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix well.
  8. Pour the batter immediately in greased tin. Tap 2-times
  9. Steam for 20 mins on low to medium flame.
  10. After 20 mins turn off the flame let it cool and remove after 5 mins.
  11. Prepare tadka for dhokla. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, add rai.
  12. Add curry leaves,chilli and hing.
  13. Add ½ cup water,4 pinch nibhu ka saat and 1 tbsp sugar.
  14. Boil for 1 min.
  15. Pour tadka on dhokla.
  16. Cut the dhokla.
  17. Perfect naylon dhokla
