  1. Wash n soak bajri for 6-7hrs. Wash n soak green moong dal for 1 hour. N coursly grind.
  2. Heat ghee in a cooker. Add cuminseeds asofoetida ginger chilli garlic paste n saute. Now add coursely grinded bajri n coursly grinded moon dal. Saute for a min. Add salt turmeric powder mix well n add 5cup water. Stir n close the lid n make 5-6whistle on mid. to slow flame. Lastly Mix 1tsp. Ghee
  3. Serve hot with chilli aachaar. Tasty healthy Authentic BAJRI NU BHADKU IS READY TO SERVE.
