  1. Wash meat, season and cook until tender, cook tomato paste until the water is drained.
  2. Heat up oil, add diced onions, stir and add tomato paste. Stir and allow to fry for 3 mins, add meat anx stock, maggi, spices, stir and cover the pot. Cook for 5ins and turn off the heat.
  3. Pick beans, wash and cook with salt until soft, drain and keep aside.
  4. Perboil rice, wash and cook salt until soft.
  5. Dish with beans and stew😋😋

I actually prefer Rice and beans cooked separately and devoured with stew ?.
