The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
Take 1 cup Basamati rice (soak 20 min in water)
Take 2 table spoon vegetable oil/ olive oil
Make ready 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
Take 1 medium onion chopped
Get 1 carrot chopped
Get 1/2 cup green beans cut in to small pieces
Prepare 1/2 capsicum/Bell pepper cut in to small pieces
Make ready 1/2 cup green peas
Prepare 1/4 cup coriander/ cilantro and spring onion finely chopped
Make ready 1/2 tea spoon soy sauce
Get 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
Get to taste Salt
Instructions to make Fried Rice:
Soak basmati rice for 20 min and cook rice with 1/2 teaspoon salt
Take a big pot and heat up
Add 2 table spoon of oil in a pot, once the oil is hot then add chopped onion sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium flame
Add ginger garlic paste to it then add carrot, capsicum, green beans and green peas then sauté for 4-5 minutes
Then add soy sauce and pepper powder to it sauté for 2-3 minutes and mix it well add salt as per your taste and turn off the heat, let it cool down a bit then add cooked rice to it
Mix it really well and finally garnish with fresh coriander and spring onion and serve hot with tomato ketchup
