  1. Prepare 250 gm Paneer cubes

  1. Boil oil in pan and fry paneer cubes. After frying set them aside.
  2. Blend tomato, ginger and almonds into a fine paste. Now add it in the same oil and saute it till the raw smell goes away.
  3. Add cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Add fried paneer cubes. Add water as much needed.
  4. Cover with a lid and cook in low flame for a while.
  5. Add garam masala powder and switch off the oven.
