  1. In a bowl,add rice flour,cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt,red chilli powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder,chat masala,g.g paste,lemon juice, food color,ajwain, egg and mix it well,add water to make batter,batter should be thick.
  2. Cover this masala on fish and keep it in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Afterward,deep fry in the cooking oil until golden and crispy.
