If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I build a charcuterie and cheese board every chance I get…like at least once a week! Date nights in, dinner parties, weekend lunch, if I'm craving charcuterie, I'll make it happen. This handmade board is made from pine wood and accented with cast iron handles that make it easy to carry from room to room. Pine is a great choice for a charcuterie board because it's non-porous, and therefore won't absorb odors or stain as quickly as softer woods.

Instructions to make Charcuterie board / cheese board:
  1. Decorate with a Wooden cutting board,Cheese knives are a nice touch
  2. What i used- Chicken salad over a bed of lettuce for decoration bread for chicken salad sandwiches and toasted bread and cucumbers on the side for chicken and cucumbers which is good.
  3. The cheeses are used extra sharp cheddar, pizza cheese, cream cheese with a Pepper jelly on top, Gouda cheese
  4. For the meats used pepperoni, salami, summer sausage
  5. For the fruits and vegetables, are used olives, cucumbers, grapes, and the chicken salad had celery in it.
  6. I used two different crackers.
  7. Notes- most of my ingredients came from ALDI, i have one cheese (Sharp cheddar cheese cames from sams club) and i made my own jelly. My bread came from Walmart bc its our favorite bread. I had leftovers, whats great so i can remake this for my kids.
