The ingredients needed to make Zip Dip:
- Make ready 1 quart Hellmans mayonnaise
- Prepare 2 lb velveeta cheese
- Take 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped
- Get 13 oz jalapenos, sliced or chopped
- Make ready 1 pod garlic
- Get 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Steps to make Zip Dip:
- Let cheese stand at room temperature until very soft.
- In a food processor, mix jalapenos with juice, garlic cloves and onions.
- Slowly in small portions add cheese to mixture and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise and cayenne pepper, mix only until blended. Do not over mix; dip will be thin. Add salt & pepper to taste.
