  3. Sprinkle over the paprika, cumin and chilli flakes. Season with salt. Place on the center shelf of the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once completely baked, leave to cool for a couple of minutes then serve up. Enjoy!
