Crispy vada is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Crispy vada is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook crispy vada using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Crispy vada:
  1. Prepare samak rice
  2. Prepare boiled potatoes
  3. Make ready Curry leaves
  4. Prepare green chillies
  5. Prepare Rock salt
  6. Get Coriander
Steps to make Crispy vada:
  1. Firstly Cooked samak rice with double of water(means 1 cup rice and 2 cup water) and jeera and salt
  2. Take that cooked and cool rice or leftover rice.. add boiled grated potatoes… Add finely chopped chillies, kaddi ptta and coriander.. add lil bit of salt(as we also add salt in rice)
  3. Mash properly with hands… Make tikkis… Flatten them and make hole in btw with finger..
  4. Fry them.. 2 by 2😝… On low flame… Enjoy with peanut m coriander chutney 😊
