The ingredients needed to make Almond Halwa:
  1. Get Almonds
  2. Take Milk
  3. Get ghee
  4. Take sugar
  5. Make ready Saffron milk
  6. Take cardamom powder
  7. Take chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Instructions to make Almond Halwa:
  1. Take almond and soak them in to hot water for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes peel the skin and put them in to the blender, add milk and blend smooth. Now almond paste is ready.
  2. Put the almond paste in to the pan. Add 1 tbsp ghee and sauté it for 1 minute on low flame. Add sugar and stir well on medium flame, dissolve sugar. Now add saffron milk.Stir continuously until it get thick,again add 1/2 tsp ghee, stir on low flame until the colour get change,sides remove from the pan and ghee starts separating.Now add cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Now halwa is ready to serve. Now put the halwa in a bowl and garnish with the dry fruits (you can use dry fruits according to your choice)
