3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Mix as if no lumps are formed. Don't over mix.
4. Grease a baking tin well and spread the mixture / batter evenly. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. - Let it cool, demould, cut and serve
5. If using wheat flour, bake on convection mode.. Preheated oven.. 200 degrees for 15minutes. - If not in microwave, can be cooked in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes… Similar time in a preheated cooker 😊
