  2. Meanwhile take one bowl.mix all the Veggies and paneer cube.add chaat masala,pizza seasoning,salt and oil.marinate for 15 min.
  3. For pizza sauce.take 2 tomatoes and Kashmiri red chilli.micro it and grind it.take one pan add oil and grind paste saute it.add salt, pizza seasoning and 2tbsp ketchup.
  4. After 15 min in batter add eno and mix it for 5 min.
  5. Take one non-stick tawa.from prepared batter make pan cake.spread pizza sauce.spread marinating topping.and finally gratted cheese.
  6. Cook for 3 min your pizza uttappam is ready to serve.
