Steps to make Mini samosa:
Take a big mixing bowl add all purpose flour,ghee and salt make a soft dough using warm water and Set it aside for 30 minutes.
Take a an Heat ghee and add cumin seeds and chopped ginger and chilli and saute for a minute.
Add chopped all dry fruits and saute for 1 minutes and add boiled mashed potatoes, and all remaining spice Saute for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.and allowed to cool.
Divide the dough into 20 parts and roll it in oval shape and cut into 2 parts. Join them to make samosa shape. And fill 2 teaspoon masala.
Fixed edges of samosa with some water.
Take a pan Heat ghee on low flame and deep fry the samosas until they become golden colour
