  3. When you smell the dryfruits add milk and stir continuously otherwise milk will stick to the pan. Keep the flame low and stir till milk gets absorbed and ghee starts oozing out.
  4. At this stage add cardamom powder, kesar and sugar and again stir it.
  5. Stir it till ghee oozes out again.
  6. Serve hot.
