  3. Add peas, potatoes and fry for 5 mins. Add chopped red cabbage, honey and salt, stir together and cook over med heat till vegetables are tender and cabbage has wilted (Add water or vegetable stock 1/4 cup at a time periodically to keep vegetables moist and steaming).
  4. Add ghee when most of the moisture has evaporated and saute for 1-2 mins. Serve.
