  3. Add drained chicken and cook until light brown.
  4. Add pineapple marinade and fresh milk and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add pineapple chunks and carrots and cook until sauce lightly evaporates, do not cover
  6. Add fish sauce and bell pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy
