Instructions to make Pizza:
In a small bowl take warm water with sugar and add active dry yeast. Stir well and keep it a side to activate yeast. In a big bowl take flour, salt, 1 tsp oregano, oil and mix it well. Then add yeast in it and Knead for at least 8-10 minutes with hands. Apply oil and Rest the dough to get it size doble. It will take 20-30 minutes
Meanwhile cut all vegetables in desired sizes and grate cheese. Keep all toppings ingredients ready. Check dough and knead it for whiles spread it in a baking tray spread even with hands only. Then spread pizza sauce and lots of cheese, vegetables, cheese, vegetables accordingly. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano.
By that time pre heat oven in 180. And put the pizza to bake for at least 23-25minutes. My son likes soft pizza so I made with 23 minutes. You can increase time as per your Choice. Serve hot and enjoy dominos styled pizza at home.
